Its very easy to turn a blind eye or overlook your protection needs – We do not feel this is an option. Whether we arrange the protection for you or not It is It is our duty of care to all our clients to make them aware of the importance of cover. After all we work so hard to get our homes and provide a safe secure place to call home and raise our family’s why would you not protect that bubble?

We will never ‘sell’ or insist that people have protection they do not want or indeed feel there is a need for but we will advise and recommend on what you should or shouldn’t have – our aim is for you to be protected for the worst case scenarios and our hope is that you will never have to use the protection – rest assured if that time came when you needed to use the protection arranged for you we would be there to help you or family members through the process of making a claim.

Equity Release includes lifetime mortgages and Home Reversion Schemes. We can advise and arrange lifetime mortgages and will refer to an appointed specialist for Home Reversion Schemes. There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount of the fee will depend upon your circumstances but will range from £300 to £1000 and this will be discussed and agreed with you at the earliest opportunity.
